About the Role
The Fundraising and Communications Coordinator will be the driving force behind our fundraising and communications strategy—leading digital campaigns, deepening donor relationships, amplifying our story to the world, and supporting our grant work. This is a full-time, in-person role based at our office in Jocotenango.

Key Goals

• Grow visibility and recognition of SERniña nationally and globally.

• Increase revenue through creative and strategic fundraising efforts.

• Support and strengthen our grant writing and reporting systems.
